Anne-Kathrin Kleine

Anne-Kathrin Kleine is as a PostDocat the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. Her research concentrates on the social-cognitive and behavioral mechanisms individuals use to overcome and learn from challenges at work. Currently, she focuses on the psychological aspects relevant to optimizing Human-AI interactions in healthcare. A multi-methodological approach (observational, experimental, and meta-analytical methods) characterizes Anne-Kathrin Kleine’s research. She is also a strong advocate for applying open science practices and exploring ways to make scientific findings available and understandable for experts and the general public.
