Eva Lermer
Eva Lermer is a professor of organizational psychology at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg (THA). She is also a senior scientist at the Center for Leadership and People Management (LMU Munich). She held the group lead of the research project Human-AI-Interaction in Healthcare funded by the VolkswagenStiftung. Eva studied Sociology at the LMU Munich and Psychology at the University of Salzburg, followed by a DPhil in Social Psychology and habilitation in Psychology at the LMU Munich. Her research interests include decision making, positive psychology, and human-technology interaction.
