Jakob Kaiser
After studying Computer Science and Cognitive Science, Jakob graduated from the University of Sussex with a PhD in Psychology. His research focuses on how humans can exercise self-control over their behavior, for example to avoid distractions or suppress unhealthy impulses. Additionally, Jakob explores how new technologies, like AI and robotics, can either support or undermine our self-control and the human need for autonomy and self-determination.
