Joana Mihani
Joana Mihani is a PhD student and lecturer of Medical Communication at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Medicine, Tirana, Albania. Her research focuses on behavioral medicine, particularly medication adherence and dependence, exploring psychological and social factors influencing drug use. With a Master of Science in Pharmacy and an Undergraduate Higher Diploma in Social Enterprise, Joana combines scientific and social perspectives in her work. She has also contributed to several projects in academia and the non-profit sector aimed at improving the Albanian health system and promoting patient-centered care.
